Dr. Festa has given over 1,000,000 chiropractic adjustments during his career, to patients ranging from pregnant women and newborn babies to professional athletes and osteoporotic/arthritic centenarians. He has provided professional services for several sporting events and has sponsored a little league baseball and soccer team for the past ninteen years.

Dr. Zachary Petrak, D.C.
Dr. Zachary Petrak is a licensed chiropractor in the state of Pennsylvania. Dr. Zak graduated from Highlands High School in 2007 and enrolled at Slippery Rock University immediately after for his undergraduate program. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science in 2012 and began graduate school in January of 2013 at Palmer Chiropractic College of Port Orange, Florida. He then earned his Doctorate in Chiropractic in March of 2016 and has been working as a chiropractic physician since June of 2016. Dr. Zak has had the opportunity to work with many people throughout this community with a variety of health conditions. Having played organized sports into his 20s gave him a passion for working with athletes. He also enjoys working with children and individuals suffering from metabolic conditions. It has been a pleasure for him to serve the community with chiropractic care and he looks forward to continuing for many years to come.
Dr. Nagaraj Kotekal, M.D.
Dr. Nagaraj Kotekal is board certified by the Pennsylavania State Medical Board, and Ohio State Medical Board. He is also a member of the American Medical Asssociation, the American Society of Anesthesiology, and the Society of Cardiac Anesthesiology.
He has extensive medical training from M.R. Medical College in Gulbarga and graduated in 1978. He then completed a Compulsory Rotating Intership at General Hospital from 1978-1979, trained at Frankford Hospital for a transitional year residency from 1997-1998, and completed a four year anesthesiology residency at Mercy Hosipital of Pittsburgh. Dr. Kotekal has cared for numerous patients as a Primary Care Physician in the urban and rural areas of Karnataka State in India from 1980-1995. From 2002-2006, Dr. Kotekal worked at North Side Medical Center and Trumbull Hospital. He has completed research in sympathectomy in occlusive arterial disease for the lower extremities and laparoscopic retro-peritoneal lumbar sympathectomy in the treatment of lower limb vascular disorders. Dr. Kotekal has extensive experience with TEE and stem cell training. He is highly proficient in PRP and stem cell injections and has had many successful outcomes over the past 7 years in this field.
Katelyn DeMoura, C.R.N.P.
Katelyn DeMoura is a Family Nurse Practitioner who has been in practice since 2015. She graduated from Duquesne University with a Bachelors Degree of Science in Nursing in 2010. In 2015, she graduated from Carlow University. Her experience includes 7 years of bedside nursing and caring for medical surgical patients. She was charge nurse and also trained and hired new nurses. After gaining nursing experience, she enrolled in a family nurse practitioner program. As a new practitioner, Katelyn gained critical experience with cardiothoracic surgery patients. She is skilled in patient assessments, diagnoses, and formulating appropriate plans for patients across the lifespan.
