Dr. Festa has given over 1,000,000 chiropractic adjustments during his career, ranging from pregnant woman, newborn babies and professional athletes to osteoporotic, and arthritic centenarians. He has provided professional services for several sporting events and has sponsored little league baseball and soccer teams for the past twenty-five years.
In 2018, Festa Chiropractic became Optilux Wellness Center and Dr. Festa hired medical staff to provide regenerative medicine. This non-surgical option for many orthopedic conditions, has been available and very successful since that time.
Zachary Petrak, D.C.
Dr. Zachary Petrak is a licensed chiropractor in the state of Pennsylvania. Dr. Zak graduated from Highlands High School in 2007 and enrolled at Slippery Rock University immediately after for his undergraduate program. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science in 2012 and began graduate school in January of 2013 at Palmer Chiropractic College of Port Orange, Florida. He then earned his Doctorate in Chiropractic in March of 2016 and has been working as a chiropractic physician since June of 2016. Dr. Zak has had the opportunity to work with many people throughout this community with a variety of health conditions. Having played organized sports into his 20s gave him a passion for working with athletes. He also enjoys working with children and individuals suffering from metabolic conditions. It has been a pleasure for him to serve the community with chiropractic care and he looks forward to continuing for many years to come.
Nagaraj Kotekal, M.D.
Dr. Nagaraj Kotekal, MD is a Board Certified Anesthesiologist that has many years of research, study and experience in Stem Cells. Dr. Kotekal's objective is to achieve superior clinical skill and experience through a stimulating and challenging clinical environment as well as to make positive contributions to Health Science by way of research. Dr. Kotekal is Medically Licensed with both the Pennsylvania and Ohio State Medical Boards and is a Professional Member of the American Medical Association, the American Society of Anesthesiology as well as the Society of Cardiac Anesthesiology. Dr. Kotekal's education began in India where he obtained his Medical Degree from the M.R Medical College, 1973-1978. After graduating, Dr. Kotekal has worked with the Frankford Hospital of Philadephia, PA as well as Mercy Hospital of Pittsburgh, PA and has most recently been with the Ohio Pain Clinic of Dayton, OH. Dr. Kotekal enjoys fine art, oil painting, philosophy, yoga and continuing to expand his education and research studies as he is passionate about our multidisciplinary and regenerative medicine practice.
Katelyn DeMoura, C.R.N.P.
Katelyn DeMoura is a Family Nurse Practitioner who has been in practice since 2015. She graduated from Duquesne University with a Bachelors Degree of Science in Nursing in 2010. In 2015, she graduated from Carlow University. Her experience includes 7 years of bedside nursing and caring for medical surgical patients. She was charge nurse and also trained and hired new nurses. After gaining nursing experience, she enrolled in a family nurse practitioner program. As a new practitioner, Katelyn gained critical experience with cardiothoracic surgery patients. She is skilled in patient assessments, diagnoses, and formulating appropriate plans for patients across the lifespan.
